    03/02/15 - 55 mins (35 mins cross trainer, 20 mins wattbike intervals)
    04/02/15 - 90 mins (35 mins cross trainer, 30 mins resistance, 25 mins wattbike intervals)

    Total 245 / 1440 mins.

    2/1 - 8 mile run in 1:20:03, CLX Lean Circuit 3 in 38:54, and CLX Extreme Abs in 16:29 - total 2:15:26
    2/2 - easy spin on the trainer - 13.3 miles in 1:04:03
    2/3 - yoga class (1:07:17), followed by a 3.2 mile run in 31:15 - total 1:38:32
    2/4 - brick! 18.27 miles on the trainer in 1:04:02, 3.17 mile run outside in accumulating snow in 33:03 - total 1:37:05

    Total through 2/4 - 6.59
