Those minutes are a combination of cycling and walking.
Part of my commute to and from work is a walk, I usually go for a 30 min walk at lunch, and sometimes my husband and I walk to the beach and back ... that's about 4 km round trip.
I have been going to 50 min spinning classes on Tuesdays and usually get at least 30 min on the treadmill then as well.
And I cycle outside ... right now I'm ramping up the distance toward an end of April goal. Feb 21 and 22, for example, were mostly cycling.
Prior to Feb 17, I kept track of distance (well, I still do, but not on MFP). Between Feb 1 and Feb 16, I walked 42 km (that's at least 8 hours), did two 50 min spinning classes, and cycled for at least an hour each time on 7 days (I'll have to double check that).

Prior to Feb 17, I kept track of distance (well, I still do, but not on MFP). Between Feb 1 and Feb 16, I walked 42 km (that's at least 8 hours), did two 50 min spinning classes, and cycled for at least an hour each time on 7 days (I'll have to double check that).
All up 271.46 km cycling + 80 km walking ...
So about 15 hours + 17.5 hours = 32.5 hours.

The hubs snowblowed while I shoveled the front walk and then scraped up the ice after he snowblowed. I don't normally count shoveling as exercise, since it's usually only 5-10 minutes to clean up the front walk (and it's part of life 6 months of the year), but I'm counting this one, since it was an epic cleanup!
