I am such a child. This title made me giggle.0

Do you eat the peel? If not then don't weigh it.0
-
I weigh the whole thing, eat the banana and then subtract the weight of the peel.0

For fruit, I measure for a while then when I have a good average I start using that (plus twenty percent or so).0

you only weigh what you eat.0

I only weigh what I eat (so no peel). One thing that makes things easier: usually all the bananas in the bunch (4-7 in one group usually) weigh the same. You just need to weigh one without the peel, you can assume the others will be the same weight. This way you just grab one and go, and you can log it later.0

You must be buying magic bananas, because mine can vary significantly in a bunch.0 -

For accurate logging you never assume. Just 10g of banana makes a difference of 10 calories and 2-3g of carbs. While that's not much if you did it for all things that are "close enough" you'd end up with less of a deficit, and then a post asking why you're not losing.0 -
I take my scale with me everywhere, every day. I will NOT sabotage my efforts with assumptions! Weigh it, eat it, log it. Period.0

I don't weigh them at all. I either eat a whole or half simple.0

Op hope you have a good sense of humour
Ummm what was your question again....
Oh! Yes I peel my bananas then weigh. If I don't have a scale nearby I just log a large banana0 -
I weigh with the peel. So, I'm eating a couple fewer calories than I've logged. Somehow, I'll survive.0

When it comes to bananas I weigh with the skin removed. I actually only buy the mini (Baby) banana's & they only weigh 1/2 oz - 1 oz.; My way of controlling intake - here is a photo with and without other food.
( my personal preference is a small nutritious breakfast with a larger lunch/dinner/snacks)
