Hey I've been working out for five weeks andI'm trying to improve my weight loss progress. my friend sent me a bottle of slim quick men and I'm freaked out to take due to having a fear of side effects or heart issues. Has anyone taken it and does it work?

    My advice it toss them in the garbage. If diet pills worked (the OTC ones) no one would be over weight.
