    I got at least 4 possibly 5. Don't really know though. I was snacking on fruit throughout the day so that's a good thing :D

    I got 4 out of the 5 yesterday also. I planned better today. Both my snacks are fruit and I added a salad to lunch. I will just need a veggie for dinner and I will be set.

    Great job. I've so far had a nectarine and I'm thinking of having a plum shortly.

    I nailed it today with 2 plums, a thing of cantaloupe, and a nice salad for lunch!

    Pineapple juice, fat free vanilla yogurt, pineapples, cantelope, honey dew melon, frozen wild blueberries and pretty much anything else I can find fruit wise. They turn out pretty good each time. :D:D

    It's been busy. I took a fall at ultimate frizbee so I spent some time healing that up. I have to do my weigh in still this week. Maybe I'll do it tonight when I get home (even though it is recommended to weigh in the morning). I have a feeling that I may be up this week but hopefully we aren't. I didn't do so well on the challenge last week...let's attempt to do better on this one again.

    Lets shoot for the weekly challenge for getting the 5 fruits/veggies every day again this week and throw in 300 sit-ups/crunches during the week at some point (or spread out through the whole week).

    thanks! It was part of my first mini goal reward, I will probably change it after I find a good face shot of me in Vegas this weekend. If you go to my profile pics I put one up of me from last Sept (before losing any weight) and then this new one to show the difference in my face.

    I am waiting for him to post the 25 pull-up one. That is something I have always wanted to be able to do (just 1 pull up would suffice really).

    Day 2 done yesterday between running sets... 90 done... so that makes 157 total... i think i need to squeeze the rest in everyday till the end of the challenge week. That means like 72 each day today and tomorrow. I can do it!
