The Right Way!

You need to go get your weight checked by a gold standard, hydrostatic body fat testing tub. That will in turn give you all the facts. True lean mass tissues, RMR, body fat %, etc. Then go to a nutritionist and get really educated on food, as well as workout.

    They do not do RMR resting via hydrostatic BF% estimates (note I say estimate as it is not 100% accurate).
