I'm going to cube some chicken breast that I have thawing, saute it in a pan then add a bag of steamed broccoli to it with 4 tbl of Kung Pao sauce and portion it over 1/2 cup of brown rice.

Not a big fan of fruit with my dinner, but that doesn't sound all that bad!
Kabobs are always a nice treat.
Not sure what I'm doing for dinner tonight. Pressed for time.
Might have to hit up Subway. Blah!

Baked potato with cheese and chive- fish fingers and baked beans with a big salad. Mm. Will work out a bit as well, so I can treat myself to a big fruit salad with a large yoghurt! Yumm!

Wednesdays are always my super late day at work, I need to run to the store for groceries afterwards, and get my workout in. So I usually do a weightloss shake for dinner on my busy days. I try to get most of my calories from breakfast and lunch.... Probably not the best thing for me, but neither is eating super late and going to bed with tons of food in my stomach. You do what you gotta do:ohwell:

My husband and I go out to eat once a week, and we have picked tonight as the night this week. We always get the same thing: dinner salad with a tuna steak on top. It is sooooooo good! Since we are regulars, we usually get extra veggies and some fruit tossed in there, too.

This sounds awesome. Every now and then I make a sesame crusted ahi tuna steak with wasabi mayo and salad on the side. So Delicious!

Tonight I believe we are having (although its only 9:30 and plans could definitely change!) Turkey Mignon Medallions on the Grill, Schwan's Micro Steam Green Beans (My favorite veggie - so easy to make!) and a green salad with baby spinach, romaine, and veggies.

i have pork chops thawing in the fridge but i have to go to the grocery store after work and picking up the kids so i'm not sure if we will all have them or if just my husband and i will later after they go to bed...i'm gonna look for a "new" recipe for the pork chops now so maybe i can run home first, get them ready and then run out to the store while they cook if possible...
really really really need to get the groceries situated and make out our weekly meal plan since my husband is working again and doesnt get home until after 630 and the kids and i dont get home until after 6....he made dinner for all of us for over a year while he was home and this BLOWS now that we have to PLAN crap out in order to get everyone fed on early enough....sorry for the rant but i'm adjusting AGAIN to a new schedule and even though i'm pretty flexible, it takes me a bit to get into a new groove...

We are having gilled cod and steamed broccoli w/cheese and seasoned salt. No matter how hard I try I just can't eat plain broccoli so I resort to putting 1 slice of melted chesse on it and seasoned salt. I use to drown it in cheese but have discovered this way is very good!

 Yeah, my hubby doesn't eat anything like me...I make chicken, ok! I have broccoli or some delicious veggie with it and what does he have? Baked potato, white rice, stuffing or mac n cheese. No green stuff.
I have breakfast for dinner at least once a week! Yummy and easy! :drinker:

I'm going to have some Cajun baked flounder with some "oven-fried" fiber one okra and some rice. The hubby is having something to with chicken since he wasn't over the moon with my last flounder dinner and he hates okra. He'll probably end up with broccoli, squash, cauliflower, carrot mixture steamed with Italian seasoning and rice as well.

Tonight I was babysitting so I had to bring something simple to heat up for myself. (The kiddos eat good stuff, but I never know the nutrition content so I'm afraid to eat it)

I had a morning star "chicken" patty, frozen mixed veggies (corn, peas, carrots, green beans, Lima beans), watermelon, and a slice of multigrain bread with a little bit of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter.

Its just me and the kids tonight and I hate cooking when my hubby isn't home - its too hard to keep and eye on at one year old who gets into everything and make dinner at the same time so my plan is -

    A. I might take the kids out because we need groceries anyway and if thats the case it will either be subway - I get Roasted Chicken breast on Honey Oat with veggies, cheese, and no mayo
or depending on how many calories I have left Qdoba naked chicken burrito - no sour cream.

    or

    B. Stay home and have something quick and easy - probably turkey sandwiches and fruit.

I guess we'll see what the day brings!!

I'm making quesedillas with chicken, onion, black beans, tomato, and cheese and Mexican rice topped with a little more black beans. It's a pretty calorie-heavy meal, but I fit it into my meal plan for today. :)
