    I also interview potential employees and ask them the same question...9 out of 10 can't tell me (mostly people with engineering degrees).

    To be honest Dan I'm still burnt out from college textbooks, and reading was a favorite hobby of mine prior to then. So could be that! Just my 2 cents.

    Kind of a mix of personality, sense of humour, attitude and to a slightly-lesser extent looks. Thankfully, my girlfriend has everything that I look for. She's damn amazing.
