Oh, I love them big lol. Not manhood, necessarily, but strong, thick, and relatively tall. I'm barely over 5", so that's not saying much, but I can't be with a twig I'm worried about blowing away in the wind or breaking in half.
And if his voice makes me melt, his wit sets my skin on fire, and he's not overly worried about breaking me, holy *kitten*.
