I did it its done nothing to whine about anymore. My question I've had 1228 calories and its only 12:30 the afternoon. What can i eat for the rest of the day and about how many more calories should i eat? FYI today's rest day

What do you normally eat in a day? If you eat 1200 or less, I'd reevaluate that number. Eating so low of calories is likely what caused you to binge in the first place. I would say all but the most petite women looking to get leaner can lose weight effectively eating more then 1200 calories.

Let's see. Couple of boiled eggs, big sweet potato, salad with lite dressing, and all the nonstarchy vegetables you want. Even if you go over calories a bit, it's better than starving the rest of the day and feeling like crap and maybe crashing your blood sugar. You can go for a walk rather than a full on workout if you feel like maybe a little exercise would help.

This, cutting too low can contribute to binges. MFP gave me 1500 calories to eat, and I'd eat a few hundred below that but blow all my loses due to huge binges on the weekends. I now lose pretty well at 2000 calories daily (I've increased my workouts since starting, and I save up for Saturdays that remain problematic for me).

That said, I'd eat a sensible dinner tonight and if you have some healthy snacks planned (and you're hungry) eat those too. Basically, eat normally, and try to do better tomorrow. No need to starve yourself to hit some "perfect" number.

I'd eat like normal the rest of the day and start fresh tomorrow.

You'll be fine eating over one day. If you eat your normal dinner, you'd likely still be near your maintenance calories; you won't gain weight from this one day.
  • I did this yesterday because I wasn't happy about gaining weight. Therefore I didn't even track anything. I just restart my diet, the next day.

You might want to redefine "binge eating". One of the behavorial symptoms is "Rapidly eating large amounts of food". We're talking twice your daily intake or more. So being at 1200 calories at noon is not problematic, considering an adult female on maintenance should be eating around 1800 cal/day. Unless you plan on eating another 1200 calories and then some. Have a normal diner, workout a bit more than you would usually. Then try to stay within your calorie goal for the next 3-4 days. Things should even out.
