Let's see. Couple of boiled eggs, big sweet potato, salad with lite dressing, and all the nonstarchy vegetables you want. Even if you go over calories a bit, it's better than starving the rest of the day and feeling like crap and maybe crashing your blood sugar. You can go for a walk rather than a full on workout if you feel like maybe a little exercise would help.0

That said, I'd eat a sensible dinner tonight and if you have some healthy snacks planned (and you're hungry) eat those too. Basically, eat normally, and try to do better tomorrow. No need to starve yourself to hit some "perfect" number.0 -
OK just to verify i eat 1500 something daily. Im just cutting it close eating so much early in the day.0

I'd eat like normal the rest of the day and start fresh tomorrow.0

I did this yesterday because I wasn't happy about gaining weight. Therefore I didn't even track anything. I just restart my diet, the next day.0

You might want to redefine "binge eating". One of the behavorial symptoms is "Rapidly eating large amounts of food". We're talking twice your daily intake or more. So being at 1200 calories at noon is not problematic, considering an adult female on maintenance should be eating around 1800 cal/day. Unless you plan on eating another 1200 calories and then some. Have a normal diner, workout a bit more than you would usually. Then try to stay within your calorie goal for the next 3-4 days. Things should even out.0
