Staying home. Too broke to go out.0

Just gonna go on social media and send out valentine ecards to my friends/followers, then just relax, spend time with my family, and watch some wrestling matches on my laptop. I don't need a man to feel singled out on that day.0

Think we might just sit around looking lovingly into each others eyes while holding hands.....or maybe just feed the kids, go for family walk, bath kids, fall asleep trying to watch TV after kids go to bed. .you know the usual0

I remember a year when I was single my friends and I went and got dessert then went to see "He's Just Not That Into You". Or drawing a hot bath, renting a favorite movie and drinking some red wine...
Valentine's day doesn't always mean being in a relationship.
My mom's birthday was Valentine's day as well. We always did something special. Usually homemade paella and brandied blackberry pie.0 -
Baking the husband his favorite cake. This is our 42nd Valentine's day together and I know the way to his heart is doing something nice and unexpected like this. Nothing fancy or expensive necessary.0

I have a boyfriend, but there is NBA allstar weekend so I'm planning to watch it! I'm so sick of this day and all the couples are like we love each other so much, uh! Where are the roses and gifts on normal days? So yea..... Go West!0

<--Not into crowd surfing. Happily working and then pouring a celebratory drink at home.0

Well I am going to officiate a couple of semi-pro football games Saturday evening. Wooo Hooo0

I'm playing in an 8 hour dodgeball tournament! I'm single so why not throw balls at people instead!0

Tears. Wear somber colors. Use the DVR to fast forward through all the candy and jewelry commercials.0

My bf said its a suprise!! I cant wait This is the first year I have actually had a bf on valentines day in a long time!0

We'll probably end up going somewhere nice, explore a nearby town or something similar. We only just moved here two years ago so there's plenty left to see.0

My husband and I agreed on no gifts or anything, but he did make reservations at this new Oyster house I've been wanting to try. It's probably the fanciest place in our town and has a proper menu that changes weekly due to availability of fresh ingredients. We aren't big on seafood but I do like shellfish and scallops!
He's also making a red velvet cheesecake.0 -
I'm surprised to see that no one said seeing Fifty Shades of Grey?0
-
My boyfriend is a marine and stationed in North Carolina, so I'm hopping on a plane to go see him for a long weekend! We got a cabin on the beach. V day night will be spent drinking beer, eating chicken wings, screwing with Star Wars playing in the background, and then post coitus Call of Duty playing/cuddling. The perfect night0
