    I was just looking for inspiration. No need to be rude about it, I realize you could eat literally anything with a sandwich. I did think your suggestion of a goat was humorous though.

    Oh it was. Only problem with the place was hipsters, swilling their PBR, and trying to look like emaciated lumberjacks. Da food be gud doe.

I normally like to have bigger meals in the evening simply because my self control is at it's best in the morning, and later at night I tend to want to eat more, so I've just worked it out so that I can eat more later in the day.

    You already saw my recipe a while back on my "wall".

    Adding bacon and dried tomato is a definite win though. Not fresh, dry it in the oven a bit first. Too much liquid in freshies.

    If want fruity: Fruit and yogurt (own little parfait)
    Big portion raw/steam veggies (whole pack of mushrooms is only 60 calories)
    Granola bars, protein bars
    Pudding cup
    Chip-like: homemade pita chips, pretzels (can get unsalted), goldfish

    Ok, perfect grilled cheese.
    400 grams of your favorite cheese or mix. (I like 250gr of cheddar, 100gr of gruyere, and 50gr of parmesan)
    50ml of milk or your favorite broth
    fresh ground black pepper
    6.5gr sodium citrate

    Mix milk, pepper and sodium citrate in a pot, warm the milk to at least 140F over a low flame and then start mixing the grated cheese in a little at a time. Heat it through, it will melt, once melted and nicely flowing, pour into a sheet pan that you've lined with parchment paper. Let the cheese set, cut slices, and then store them with some parchment or wax paper in between them to keep them from sticking together.

    Now, butter your bread, add your cheese, and grill like a master. It will melt quickly and perfectly. Add bacon and dried tomato.

    Kale Chips, Marinated/Stuffed Mushrooms, Glazed Carrots, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Pasta Salad, Sliced Tomatoes w/ Olive Oil and seasoning, Onion/Tomato/Cucumber salad (basically but a little sugar and vinegar and let them sit the longer the better), or Chilli.

    I'm trying to have open face sandwiches or hollow out the bread (works great on Publix subs due to their bread) which would allow for more carbs in the side items.
