    Alright... Think I got this now...

    Height is 5'6"
    Highest Weight Was 297
    First Picture was at 280lbs
    Second Picture was at 230lbs
    Third and Fourth Picture is now at 191lbs

    41 more pounds until goal!!

    41 more pounds???? From WHERE???? lol

    My transformation so far :)

    I wouldn't say hot, I still have some work to do.

    My heaviest I've ever been is 95kgs/209lbs in 2009. It's been a long battle but this year I started in February and so far I've lost 13.5 kgs so far. I am trying to tone up and build muscle and hopefully by the end of the year I will be confident enough to post a bikini picture. :)

    85kgs/187lbs in before pic in 2011

    71.5kgs/157lbs in after pic 2013

    13.5kgs/28lbs down
