Sodium intake

Hello.
So I do not typically add table salt/sea salt to my food however I am almost always above my sodium intake per day. I eat a lot of frozen vegetables, and rice.
What foods have hidden sodium? And as a woman in her early 20's does it really matter how much sodium I take in?

If you don't have hypertension or another medical issue, then I wouldn't stress sodium too much. Just know you can have some water retention with it. I will note that if you are eating foods high in potassium and magnesium, it will help balance your electrolytes. And if you do train/exercise a good amount, sodium can be beneficial.0
