I've recently had surgery and I have limited mobility I need to lose weight but can't exercise, what should I do???

just eating in a calorie deficit. I do alternate day fasting. 500-800 calories on one day and my tdee the next and repeat. I just find it easier to "diet" every second day, than everyday.
Whichever way you choose to lose weight, the bottom line is to eat in a calorie deficit. I also watch my weekly deficit, not so much my daily one.
