What is the rush? That is very unhealthy. The only way and best way with lasting results is to lose weight slowly. Read this to get you started:

Loss of muscle will happen. You'll hit your goal quickly but look terrible and probably feel terrible.
Read the above link.0 -
i do agree to you
Bus i think exercises will just burn calories and fat
but witin 1300 calories other nutrition will be completely fulfilled
thats why it will not harm as much-2 -

Wrong. Wrong so very very wrong.
You can only burn so much fat a day. After that you'll burn muscle - which the body uses very easily.
Read the above link, follow the advice and take your time.0 -

Not healthily and possibly not at all.0 -
That is more than 3 pounds a week, it ain't gonna happen. When you get closer to your goal weight weight loss slows down even more. You are setting your self up for failure.0
-
First off it depends on how tall you are and how active to determine how many calories you need.
Men's caloric needs usually fall between 2000 and 3000 calories per day.
http://www.webmd.com/diet/features/estimated-calorie-requirement
My guess if you try to eat a 1300 calorie diet...
A. You will lose weight fairly rapidly.
B. You will feel weak tired and hungry most of the time not to mention experience moodiness and headaches. Your body will be stressed and your immune system will be weakened. You will lose both fat and muscle mass, perhaps a little more muscle than you would like. Essentially you won't be getting the energy you need to function healthily.
If I were you I would eat more calories than 1300 but still maintain a deficit.
One poster gave this recommendation when setting your calorie counter on MFP
If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal
My recommendation is do not attempt to starve yourself. Concentrate on eating healthy and set your calorie deficit in a range that you are comfortable and feel you are eating enough to generally feel good throughout the day. It's okay to feel hunger between meals and often you can satisfy that hunger with a glass of water or a piece of fruit.
This article has a lot of useful information: http://evidencemag.com/fat-loss-deficit/
Keep in mine that slow steady weight loss is more sustainable in the long term than rapid weight loss.
Good luck achieving your goals.

What is happening on May 1st that you need to lose 20kg that fast?
Even though it's not your ideal just losing 10kg in 10 weeks may be doable, but you're still going to have to tighten your belt. It will still make a noticeable and impressive difference in you overall physique and then go for the other 10kg from there.
Anything more and your looking at liquifying your diet or fasting. Can't be too active when fasting. Can't fast 10 weeks without doing irrecoverable harm to your body and you still may not lose all 20kg.0 -
friends
you all are right
i also agree to all of you
but actually 29 April is very important day for me
and for that i want to do it heartly
so i will try my best to keep my food calories below 1300 and lose 500 calories by exercise
it will surly make my body weak
but try to understand my feelings
i will upload my daily intake calories from tomorrow and my exercise calories lose from 15 feb
i request you all to please motivate me daily and help me to complete me my calorie challenge-1 -
I HOPE YOU WILL UNDERSTAND0
-
no it was really heartly0
-
friends today i take 1337 calories
but no exercise
trying to overcome hunger0 -
A man needs more calories than that. It's better to eat more calories and then work out so that you don't lose muscle tissue. Eating few calories plus no exercise equals actually burning off some of your muscle. Try having like 1800 calories and then burning off that 500 in the gym.0

dear i have a tough goal0

No I will not motivate or support you in an unhealthy diet plan.
I'm not sure anyone else will either. Enjoy losing your muscles and overall health.0 -

so what you want
what should i do
i have to succeed at my goal
how it could be possible without my way of losing weight0 -
Why must you lose 20kg in such a short space of time?0
-
ha ha ha
you asked good question
but its very hard for me to answer
actually i want to wear a gifted shirt on the birthday of that person who gifted me that shirt
and i had promised this0 -
So you're putting your body through hell to wear a shirt.
You need to rethink your plan. You cannot lose the weight in time healthily, you are planning to wreck your body to wear a shirt. If your friend is a good friend they will understand.
It is a bad plan. There is no way to do it and even starving yourself, you might not reach your goal.
Think about your health long term.
Please read this link and follow it's advice. Aim to lose 1/2 kg a week.

I'm not going to post again as you'll either take my advice or not.0 -
do you know what you are saying
just read again your wordings and your way of doing conversation
you are insulting me and my feelings
you are insulting my loved ones and there feelings too
i do not expect such thing by a 36 yr old lady
i respect you, but i think you need more social knowledge0 -
-
This is a great idea if you want to get sick.
This is a terrible idea in all other circumstances.0 -
Unless it is a magic shirt
A beautiful, magic shirt
Gifting you with the muscles
lost
The quest may not be worth the
cost
0 -
Try it, see if it works.
Make sure you also wash the shirt in hot water.
But why would you bother,
Don't call us jerks,
When your body
Ends up shoddy.0 -
OK,
all of you my friends are just looking at its dark side
just take a look of bright side too
if this formula will be worked and i will lost 20 kg before 1st may
however if i feel that i am falling sick, i can discontinue it,
but whats the problem in trying once
there are always pros and cons of each work,
we have to work after looking both faces of work
do you agree or not???0
