    In my non-professional opinion, they're both good., I choose 98% lean ground beef, marinate it in my super secret sauce and BAM! Lean mean burger! Ground turkey is just as good. But with both, should use in moderation.

    On a related note, does anyone know why the Whole Foods turkey burgers are so delicious? They definitely don't taste like lean meat.....
