Will I lose weight if I do eat at my BMR? At the moment I'm eating 175 calories under it.

It probably depends on what your BMR is. But personally I wouldn't suggest it. You'll probably end up feeling exhausted all the time, have dizzy spells, and put yourself at risk of getting sick.

It's not necessarily dangerous, but with only nine pounds to lose according to your ticker, you must be eating at a high deficit. A higher deficit than you need runs you the risk of losing more muscle along with the fat, not to mention not getting adequate nutrients into your body.

BMR isn't really a meaningful number. There's no particular danger associated with eating below it.

Having said that, most people who are even a little bit active can build in a healthy deficit and still be above their BMR. If you're eating below it, try adding in some more exercise.

My BMR is like 1980 or so, but I have always eaten 1200-1800 calories, including exercise, and feel perfectly fine ._. I weigh 265, and no I'm not always hungry or starving, and if I am hungry I always eat something lol #NoShame xD

No, there's nothing magical about BMR. If you eat below it, you just have to get energy from fat to live. Which is exactly what you want to happen.
