    My squat max is like 275 at 145lbs body weight. Nothing to shake a stick at, but I was proud when I hit it for depth the first time.

    i never work legs in the gym. The only workout they get if from my mountain bike. I HATE HATE working legs...

    I hit 405 @ a BW of 192 just before christmas. Been cutting since the new year and know I've lost some strength since then. Down to 178 and did 3x5 @ 265 on Monday.

    I'm bigger than you, so it's not impressive that I can squat more. You got good physique though man. I don't have money to give either so you'll just have to trust me.

    Mirin' the strength, man. Can't wait til I get there. I finally deadlifted 315 last week and I was very excited about pulling 3 plates for the first time so loading them on my back will be even cooler.
