I do 100 every night but have done 322 in one set!0

My squat max is like 275 at 145lbs body weight. Nothing to shake a stick at, but I was proud when I hit it for depth the first time.0

I hit 405 @ a BW of 192 just before christmas. Been cutting since the new year and know I've lost some strength since then. Down to 178 and did 3x5 @ 265 on Monday.0

Mirin' the strength, man. Can't wait til I get there. I finally deadlifted 315 last week and I was very excited about pulling 3 plates for the first time so loading them on my back will be even cooler.

This week I got to 5 reps of 145.
It's the only lift I'm decent at.
