anyone else using this to monitor progress on 5:2 diet?

    MFP isn't really set up for 5:2. Just set your goal to maintainance at your own activity level. On fast days just stick to your 500 (600) cals. If the message from MFP bothers you on your fast days, quick add 1000 cals, hit complete diary and then delete them out again.
