Hello, I did the Taebo ultimate abs/butt workout.. I did the first part for about 50 mins. How do you count that? There was some floor work but for about 10-15mins. Thanks!!

I always count that as kickboxing or high impact aerobics.

Do high impact for 35min and calisthenics for 15min.0
