Breast enhancement supplements

Ok so fortunately I am loosing the weight I would like to be loosing... Unfortunately part of that weight is off of my breasts... the beginning of this eye opener was when my fiance and I went to Marco Island last year and I ordered a 36D bikini top from Victoria Secret and it came in and was too big! Prior to that I was a 38DD so just dropping down to a D was bad enough now a C?!?!? The next realization was when I was shopping for my wedding gown... the consultant asked what my bra size was and said are you sure? After putting on the 36C and realizing that was also too big I wanted to cry and go eat a giant bowl of macaroni & cheese hoping it will fill in just my breasts ... I obviously didn't do that... So before my breasts disappear before more wedding I was wondering if anyone has taken any breast enhancement supplements, what ones work best?

None work, if they did why would anyone pay for a boob job?!

There is no supplement that will help with this
  • True I mean I don't want anything crazy... I just want them to be back to the way they were like a year ago... I did read some reviews on one from GNC

Then you have to put weight on to get more fat to your breasts....
  • OK so other than going under the knife does anyone have any suggestions as to what I could do?

Right but that would kind of defeat the whole purpose of loosing the weight that I have lost. haha

Boob job then... Supplements won't work, so you either get used to a smaller chest or do something about it!

you can get over it? a 38DD on what I assume you want to be a small body would probably be too big to be in proportion for one, and secondly, just does not happen naturally for most thin people. Other than surgery, you always have the option to stay overweight if your boobs mean that much to you.

I don't even have that option. I'm at most an A cup at any weight. There are worse things in the world than having small boobs though.

Give it up. No one with any sense if going to tell you there is anything you can do to enlarge your breasts except gain weight. The only thing you can do is build up your upper body so they don't sag. Make the best of what you've got. And also, try not to focus too much on breast size as something critically important in your life, because it isn't.

    Nope

You can build up your pecs but that'll just help uplift

    They're gone

Even if you gain weight there's no guarantee it will pad out your breasts

Go to a gorgeous lingerie shop, get fitted and buy beautiful things ...learn to love your new boobs

Actually you could get pregnant and breastfeeding ...that makes them bigger ..but again temporary

I think you just have to accept that if you lose weight your boobs will get smaller too. It's not really the end of the world.

not necessarily temporary. My mother went from less than an A to a D cup after giving birth and never went back. She did not breastfeed. Just getting pregnant and giving birth made them bigger permanently. No guarantee, but it worked for her.

Possibly a little extreme for an outside chance :grinning:

The book Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret by Judy Bloom has some breast enhancement exercise ideas. I must, I must, I must increase my bust.

    ;) That's all I got.

I'm a DDD now and kind of look forward to getting smaller. I just hope I'm at the same proportions. Are you?

Wait...did I accidentally stumble onto Yahoo Answers by mistake?

As Clair Huxtable once said, you would get the same results from rubbing mayonnaise on your chest as you would taking breast enhancement supplements.

Small boobs on a fit body are way better than big boobs on an overweight body, anyway. And Cs are hardly small. It's not the end of the world.

When I started birth control pills I went from B to C. Now I am a D. I never lose weight in my boobs when I lose weight.

I'm not complaining about having Cs at all ... my fear is continuing with my fitness routine and them just disappearing ... I've always been overweight my whole life and it's a little nerve wracking for me haha stupid I know but my boobs where pretty much how I made a living for a while haha I was a waitress/bartender and a belly dancer

If you want to wear a D cup instead of a C, then buy a 34D if you are wearing a 36C or a 32D if you are wearing a 34C. Also try on different brands/styles besides Victoria Secret.

Everyone I know with boobs that wears Victoria Secret bras wears too big a band and too small cup size. That place measures in a strange way. They really don't accommodate large breasts.

Treat yourself to a bra fitting at a specialty shop.

Do not take supplements to mess with your boobies!
