OK so other than going under the knife does anyone have any suggestions as to what I could do?

Yep, learn to love those new small boobies of yours.

I will have exactly the same issue, I was an AA cup and only now have boobs because I put on 4 stone. If that weight goes, presumably the boobs will too. Supplements don't work - biologically, how could they? So it's either surgery or readjusting to being lovely and slim but minus boobs. I think I'll take it :)
  • Thanks everyone for the input.... Guess my fiance is just gonna have to deal with my smaller boobs haha as long as everything else is getting smaller I'm happy :)

The only supplements that help with breast size are: a plastic surgeon, gaining weight and padded bras.

Chances are higher that after having a child and nursing you will end up with saggy boobs. I know more moms who are like "gotta roll them bad boys up to put them in the bra... that's 2 sizes smaller than before this kid".

I also don't like being smacked in the face with boob while exercising, so I'm not going to complain about the B cup I got going on.

I understand your sadness of losing your breast in weight loss. It happened to me as well.

In 2004, I had a lower body lift which is a tummy tuck all the way around. I took a loan from my 401K plan and it was the best money I ever spent. However, the man I was living with thought I should have done my breast instead. So he foot a lot of the bill (as a gift) to get my augmentation and lift. No regrets getting it done but my lower half was more important to me than my breast. He and I split up 5 years after that surgery and he's never asked for visitation rights with the "girls" lol and they haven't asked about him!

You have two choices -- either accept the way your body is and wear nice bras to make them look good or look into having an augmentation and/or lift. I'm not sure how old you are but if you get augmentation they last about 25 years. Also, if you're going to spend the money, don't go cheap. It will show in the long run. I have silicone. Saline can get ripples.

    A padded bra?

Also, Victoria's Secret is garbage. You may find you like the way they look in different bra designers that aren't junk. I like Natori a lot. You can try True&Co to get sized appropriately.

sitting in my apartment, not wearing a bra. bras are really stupid inventions.

34G here, bras are not stupid. It gets quite painful to not wear one for very long. Gravity is a b!tch too!

OP, when you're done losing weight, find yourself a good plastic surgeon. That's what I did and I couldn't be happier. Start saving now because they can be expensive!

Once hormones and genetics are done with you only BA surgery remains!!

More important than size, though... how do they look? Everything I've heard is that they usually look much better with weight loss even if you do lose some size.
