5.2 fasting diet info and tips please

I'm sure this has been asking before but instead of sticking to 1200cals I'm going to go up towards 1700 as my tdee would be nearly 1900. Does it work for you? Do you worry about what you eat on non fast days or still try to stay strictly healthy? I can't imagine filling all those cals with purely healthy foods? Or is more like 80% healthy 20% treat style?
