5.2 fasting diet info and tips please

I'm sure this has been asking before but instead of sticking to 1200cals I'm going to go up towards 1700 as my tdee would be nearly 1900. Does it work for you? Do you worry about what you eat on non fast days or still try to stay strictly healthy? I can't imagine filling all those cals with purely healthy foods? Or is more like 80% healthy 20% treat style?

That's something you have to individually decide. Some choose to eat healthy foods always, some make no distinction. The original point of 5:2 was only having to worry about what you ate on the 500 cal days so that you didnt have to obsess what you ate every day0
