    Ok Peter you are on! I will send a couple of messages out and get to work doing cardio x today. Luckily I always check the boards while getting ready to exercise...:laugh: I will attempt to not procrastinate as much as I usually do...I will report back by 9 am my time...about and hour and 20 mins...:tongue: (I need a little bit of leeway)

    Mayra, I know what it is like to need the routine. I have been enjoying not taking my daughter to school everyday, but I also miss the push to get things done on time. I need to push my self a little more I guess.

    So far everyone has had a great week...Lets keep it up!

    Phew, I made it with one minute to spare... CardioX complete. I really brought it today, even doing the dreya roll--I usually skip that.

    Peter, It is your turn! I can't wait to hear how plyo goes for you today!

    Kudos.... I like Plyo, and will be doing that this evening after work.

    Mary, I know, don't we all wish we could just carry over those calories. But remember they are not being wasted. When you get to your mom's, just go out and enjoy a nice walk when possible.

    Randi - Rock it girl. You will be in the 190's in no time, if not this week next, if not next week, in 3 weeks. But keep it up, and you definately will. Once you hit the 190's, you can celebrate, but with that same hard work you know you will be able to hit the 180's :smile: We will be here to remind you :flowerforyou:

    Mayra - Glad to see you will be back to a normal schedule, now you can "get it on", and work your body.. hehehe

    I’ve heard from the girls that you are coming to town. Before you arrive you must know that I am a new woman, I have gained strength and confidence without you. I will no longer allow you to ruin my efforts. I will no longer listen when you tell me;
    • I’m not worthy
    • My jeans are too tight
    • One piece of chocolate is OK
    • I don’t have the strength to workout
    You have set me back more times and in more ways than I can count. You will not hurt me anymore because;
    • I am worthy
    • My jeans are looking good
    • No chocolate is worth losing sight of my goal
    • I do have the strength to work out with or without you
    So Tom, you can come if you must but please understand I will not give you my time, energy or attention while you are here.

    I have not tried plyo yet, probably because I am doing the lean version. I thought I would move to classic for my second three months but I am not sure yet--I know I could, but more muscle training might make me nervous that I will end up gaining weight again. I will think about it somemore. I may just need to go through lean again to get through the groove...and not skip workouts :tongue:

    Randi, I love it--How empowering! We can all do this because we are worthy, we can, and we are strong! Keep up the great work!

    I am working on the new board as we speak--lets keep this up!

    Plyo done. burned 700 cals, Felt great, it's been a little while.

    Deb it's a good workout, I know you said your doing lean. Plyo is actually a cardio workout not strength.


    LOL - Just tell Tom to get the hell out of town, and if they have to visit, you are in control. :laugh::glasses:
