Should I start weight lifting and working out now?

So I am currentely trying to loose around 50 pounds and want to get body built but should I wait or start lifting now?

    Start lifting now gentle Jedi of the sea. Try a beginner's program like StrongLifts or Starting Strength and supplement with cardio on rest days.

    eat in a deficit and lift now..

    when you get body fat and body weight down, you can then do a bulk …

    If you are not familiar to lifting get on a structured program like starting strength, strong lifts, etc….

    Agreed with all of the above but I'm confused by the did SL but looking for full body workouts that include legs? SL includes legs.

    Strong Lifts is good, but I found it monotonous doing the same thing all the time. If you want more variety, Strong Curves and The New Rules of Lifting are both good programs, and they change up the workouts a bit.

    I know but sometimes people will exclude legs from full body workouts, wasn't talking about SL.

    There is a New Rules of Lifting is for males and a NROL for Women too. Strong Curves, ok got ya there.
