    Yes, it's kind of a whole production, getting it all together for a bb hip thrust, lol. You're right though, I'd totally overplayed how crazy it was all going to be, no one cared. So that's something!

    I do hip thrusts off the bench in between bench presses. There is a 2 machines directly across from the bench. Last Tuesday an older gentleman was working on the machines, but I did my hip thrusts anyway. On Thursday he walked up to the machines and said hi as just I was going to start the hip thrusts. I did lying t rows in between the bench presses, and he did one set and left.

    I'll do the hip thrust, you can watch if you have to, but d@m don't make a point of it.
