I'm curious to know this as well. I've been waiting on an answer to this for a long time and no one can seem to answer. Maybe THIS poster will have our answers! Or at least a screenshot of the answers.

On a side note, I actually clicked on this thread thinking that there was some new weight loss miracle called "Lemon Juice Benefita," and was prepared to come in with my "there is no magic cure, that's such an unoriginal name, they only want your monies" guns a'blazing.

Does it have to be a free-range, vegan, Non-GMO, organic lemon? Or can I used my cage raised, meat injected one?

Well, let's see. Benefits of lemon juice.
    1. Lemonade
    2. Useful as salad dressing ingredient
    3. Add small amount to egg whites when making meringue, helps it hold up better
    4. Keeps cut fruits from turning brown
    5. A wedge of lemon or lime in a Corona beer is really nice
    6. Can be used to clabber milk for recipes if you don't have actual buttermilk
    7. Good on chicken or fish

    and stuff like that.

It's a good thing these crazy things don't actually work. Can you imagine if people could really change their blood pH, boost their immune system (hello autoimmune disease), or release toxins? :noway:

I heard that Lemon juice is a natural diuretic, but coffee tastes so much better. Not to mention, coffee is a great filtration system for your city provided contaminated water.

I've learned not to trust anything this website says. They like to fear monger using bad science in order to sell their products. It's ridiculous.

But another benefit to lemons is that they can make your city-provided contaminated water taste okay, too. OH, and you can also make soft cheese by adding lemon juice to milk heated to 185 degrees. It's a nice alternative to white vinegar.

This will never work! You have to add maple syrup and cayenne pepper for optimal results.
