I'm overweight but in my eyes I don't feel/look it?

I'm 5'3 and weigh 143lbs. In 2014 I lost around 50lbs. In December I stopped dieting as I thought I had lost enough weight and I was where I wanted to be.Im a UK size 10 and family/friends are commenting on how tiny I am!However in the past couple of months I've been on BMI calculators, average weight graphs and seen others people goals for people my height.I've come to the conclusion that a healthy weight for me is around 125lbs. I'm not sure whether to stop worrying and stay at my current weight or whether to lose an extra 10lbs.

my guess is that you either hold your weight in good places or have a low body fat percentage even though your weight is just over the threshold for overweight. When I was 5'4" and 140 pounds, I was a US size 12, bordering on 14. Lets just call it 14 since the 12's were tight. So that's a UK size 18 I think. I actually looked overweight. You're a US size 6 which seems fine to me. If you like how you look, then don't worry about what the BMI charts say. I don't think that slightly overweight even comes with health consequences, so it would just be for vanity anyway.
I look better at a lower bmi. Sounds like this is just not true for you and doesn't seem true for a lot of people.0 -
You are on the high end of a "healthy" weight for your height, but not to say you are unhealthy. BMI calculators are not always helpful because they don't take into account lean body mass. I am an inch taller, and at 143 (only 7 pounds ago), I felt pretty fit as well. Body composition plays a huge role in how you look and feel at a certain weight. At 5'4" I would never consider 125 for me, personally.0
