    You look great! You are really inspirational because I am starting at 335 and hoping to get somewhere south of 200.

    OH, I also did not have a clue about spaghetti squash. I am going to try it! I looked up a video about prepping it and it is super easy. I also love how the person in the video called it "A hungry girl's best friend" HAHAHAHA!

    A huge congrats to you! You have done an amazing job on your transformation! It takes a lot to post pictures and I'm very glad you shared them and your success story. One of the hardest things is getting started and sticking with it. I'm sure after posting your pics that you have helped someone to get started on their transformation. WTG!

    You've done an incredible job, with transformative results! Good on you! I would imagine that you will probably adjust your goal weight downward since you've proven the experts wrong about their "unrealistic" goal! Great work!
