Trying to commit!

Hi everyone! I've never really tried to commit to a diet and exercise regimen, but I figured now is a good time to try. I went through a fairly long/intense period of depression and put on some unwanted pounds. This will be my last semester of college and I'm hoping to get down from my current 157 to 130 by graduation in May! I'd love to have people to talk to so that we can trade tips and motivation!
