    Thanks for the kind words everyone. If you want to cosplay, I'd highly encourage you to go out and DO IT, even if you're not at your goal weight. It is tons of fun, and if anything, you will have awesome, unique progress photos for when you finally do reach the end:

    I did the same thing back in October!!! And I have about 6 cons I am going to this year. I make my own costumes though..its so much fun you should try it :3

    Very inspiring! My daughters and I are involved in Steampunk events, and my goal is to have a corset size in the 20s instead of the 30s! (And be more confident about showing a little Sky Pirate leg now and then!)
