Calories Needed to Maintain Depressing

I'm in the same boat. 51, 5'1, 110 lbs. So sedentary maintenance is about 1310. I am not sedentary, but I have a fitbit that adds calorie adjustments as I earn them through movement. I usually earn 350-700+ cals a day depending on what I do. I walk or run nearly every day. It earns lots of calories and makes me feel great. On weekend I try to do longer runs and we usually get out and do something even if it's just going to the Mall. It is HARD to not be able to eat everything you crave/want. I try to eat less during the work week when things are more structured and I can plan meals a little easier and make them healthier and less calorie dense. I try and save 200-300 calories a day so that when the weekend comes around I can splurge a little and eat more like what I want. Then I don't worry about going over calories so much on the weekends. It seems to be working fairly well.0
