To the OP; I weigh myself every morning and this morning I was 223.2. If someone asks me how much I weigh the only thing I can say with any confidence is that I weigh less than 225 and more than 222. Do not get hung up on variance!0

I hop on the scale every morning. I do this to hold myself accountable; however, I understand this isn't the most accurate measure of success - especially in a short term context. Gaining .4 pounds is nothing. Seriously. Look at the bigger picture.0

Everything I have to say in reaction to this OP violates the rules.0

That'a a lot of weight to gain in just one week.0

As per usual the OP probably won't come back....0

A .4 gain is nothing to worry about - heck, a 2 lb gain is completely normal and nothing to worry about.
But eating 600 cals is not a good thing, and is something that should be changed. Don't under eat - you're not doing yourself any favors.0 -

She mentioned "fast days" so I'm guessing she is doing some form of IF. From her post she seems to be saying she is going to stop doing the fast days and just eat the same amount everyday.
To the OP: Weight fluctuates. More than likely its just water and nothing to worry about.
She mentioned eating 600 one day, then 1200 the next day ...that is NOT healthy fasting as no way is 1200 a maintenance level
Seriously OP get your calories sorted ...we can help if you wish0 -

Go pee, weigh yourself again.
I peed once and lost a whole pound. I freaked out and immediately ate some Gelato.
In for da ice cream ..currently loving Cadbury Crunchie Blast ...honeycomb ice cream, coated with chocolate with popping candy ...230 cals a stick...omnomnom0 -
I think you need to talk to a therapist. You seem to have a bad relationship with food (600 cals/day?). Also, you stress over a normal (and very tiny) weight fluctuation, which is an irrational behavior. You need to learn to relax and trust the process. It takes TIME.0
