    Salt has nothing whatsoever to do with blood sugar. Do you have a glucometer? If so I find it hard to believe you don't have a BP cuff. They're like 14 bucks at WalMart. Check your own if you think going to the doctor is too drastic. But like others have said, internet strangers aren't going to help.
