    I didn't get the 100 in yesterday either, had to work really late and didn't get my workout in. I'll move it to today also.

    I'm doing cardio + 3 days/week of strength training on top of this. I'm getting results, but I think it's more of the combination. For me, this is just for fun.

    I love the 30 day squat challenge, but feel 30 days is not enough time to actually see results or even a change. For the last 4 months, every time I use the restroom I do 20 squats. Some days by the time I get off work, I've done 200 squats and other days just 60. (That doesn't include the number of squats I am doing during my regular fitness regimen. Just because I do squats at work doesn't mean I don't do more at the gym.) I have seen great results. My glutes stick out, I now have shaped muscle not just a butt, and more strength. I have all my co-workers (well the females anyways) doing this at both of our locations. Simple way to get moving during the day.

    My mom and i started the 30 day squat Challenge 8 days ago, Today is our rest day but Here is account for us:
    Day 1: 50 done
    Day 2: 55 done
    Day 3: 60 done
    Day 4: Rest Done
    Day 5: 70 done
    Day 6: 75 done
    Day 7: 80 done
    Day 8: Rest Done

    We're also doing this with the 30 day beginner Push up challenge.
