I'm thinking about doing a low carb diet again. Is anyone else doing low carb? I was on a low carb diet about 2 years ago, but i went off of it and gained weight back. I was seeing good results. I was eating between 50-80 carbs a day and lifted weights probably about 5 times a week. I had low energy, tho. The low energy made it difficult to stay with it. Also I didn't have too much variety in my diet and I became bored. Anyone have any suggestions for a low carb diet? Does a low carb diet slow down your metabolism? Help!!!
