    Sunday 01 March -- 40.22 km cycling (approx 2 hours (120 min) ... maybe slightly more) with 227 metres of climbing.

    Monday 02 March -- 7.7 km walking in 96 minutes.

    Tuesday 03 March -- 3 km walking in about 37 minutes + 27.24 km cycling in about 80 minutes.

    Wednesday 04 March -- 7.2 km walking in about 85 min

    Oo I want to give this a go!
    Ok yes its partly because I did a 6 hour danceathon on Sunday which would will give me quite a leg up!

    1st: 20 mins shred
    2nd: 1hr 5 mins shred and fitsteps
    3rd: 20 mins shred
    4th: 2hr 20 - 2 zumba classes and shred
    5th: 1hr 50 zumba, fitsteps and shred
    6th: 20 mins shred
    7th rest
    8th: 6hr comic relief danceathon
    9th: rest
    10th: 20 mins shred

    Er yea you'll have to excuse me while I go and do the maths..

    3/2 - 45 min Brick TT: 9.15 mile bike in 31:15, 1.81 mile run in 17:10 - total 48:25
    3/3 - 1500Y easy swim in 36:07
    3/4 - 37.54 miles on the trainer in 8 episodes of HIMYM - 2:51:04
    3/5 - 1650Y in 39:53
    3/6 - 60 min run pe 5/6 - 5.5 miles in 1:00:12
    3/7 - 2 hours shoveling out the snowmobile trailer (not counting it tho), and 1 hour snowmobiling (also not counting), otherwise, a rest day
    3/8 - 30 min run start at pe4 build to pe 7/8 - 3.52 miles in 32:01
    3/9 - 30.02 miles on the trainer in 6 episodes of HIMYM - 2:10:17
