Do you eat 3 or 6 meals a day?

I eat 3 meals a day and 1 or 2 snacks. I eat when I am hungry and it happens to be fairly predictable... like every 3-5 hours from waking to bedtime. My meals are not all equal sizes. Not stressed out, not binging, not sluggish.0
