Any one else use a food scale to stay on a strict diet?

    I use it for anything I ingest, I even take it with me during business trips. I've checked your diary it is too much close to mine from logging way perspective, you log everything and that's how to succeed. Congrats :smile:

    Think its rarer to find who doesnt use one. At least from the successful losers.

    Sure! I use a scale all the time.
    I eat quite a bit of loose fruit and veg', so it removes the guess work, which gives me greater confidence in the accuracy of my log and a reassuring sense of control over my CICO.
    When it comes to food, I'm a control freak fastidious ... :smile:

    I think most people who are serious about getting to a healthy weight eventually start weighing their food. I'm not on a strict anything, but I keep a check of my portion sizes with the scale. I've used one for25 years - when I've been up in weight and down.

    Yuppers, I use it all the time and I try to weigh most in grams. Some meats in oz too.
