While i was getting smaller my energy was going through the roof and half the time i was bouncing off the walls. I had no intentional exercise until around 200lbs down then started implemented a 10k (minimal) daily steps and 30 minutes on the elliptical in the morning and evening.

Actually he has been eating this way for about a year and a half, not since 2009. From the OP's initial post:

I have some loose skin in my upper thigh and upper arm and around the lower pooch. Not concern since those areas can easily be covered up. I treat them as well deserved battle scars on a war that i am winning.

Thanks. LOL The clogs are Sanita. Interesting is that i consider these as a NSV since i went from a size13.5 to a 11 so now have more choices to choose lol.

Wow, your success is absolutely amazing and such a thrill to witness. I would love to know what gave you the staying power to continue on your quest. We all know how difficult this must have been for you. I am just starting back on my quest to lose weight, and have about 70 pounds to lose. It is a lot, and I have wondered if I can do it, having failed many times before to maintain a healthy weight. But suddenly, inspired by you, I feel that it can be done.....and not just by others....but also by me ! Thank you so much for sharing your story.
