Lmao i was clearly half asleep writting however ..... Clean energy i mean like no energy drinks loaded with chemicals or something thats gonna make me crash.... U never herd it refered to that way?0

still dont get the no coffee unless you just dont like it? Seems clean enough to me, it is a plant after all.
Go for a quick power walk or do some jumping jacks or something to get your blood pumping and wake you up a bit?0 -

Some people swear by the sleep cycle as the answer to being rested. A sleep cycle is 1.5 hrs, so make sure you sleep a multiple of 1.5hrs. If you only have 4 hrs before you have to get up sleep for just 3 of them. This has todo with following the bodies natural rhythm.0 -

Healthy Fats and good protien. I'm on a strict diet and when I get the sleepys I just eat an avacado, a sweet potato, and half an apple and I'm good!

I love my shakeology. It gives me great energy and is full of veggies, probiotics, prebiotics and other good stuff. It tastes great too! Has anyone else tried it? I would love to know more recipes using it. I currently have chocolate.
