    Yea my carbs were super low yesterday combined with the medicine im on because i had teeth out i was straight zombie this morning i had some carbs and water and black tea feeling better

    still dont get the no coffee unless you just dont like it? Seems clean enough to me, it is a plant after all.

    Go for a quick power walk or do some jumping jacks or something to get your blood pumping and wake you up a bit?

    lol thats exactly what i did but im still within my limits it worked like a charm i was like 100g under in carbs yesterday

    Some people swear by the sleep cycle as the answer to being rested. A sleep cycle is 1.5 hrs, so make sure you sleep a multiple of 1.5hrs. If you only have 4 hrs before you have to get up sleep for just 3 of them. This has todo with following the bodies natural rhythm.

    Healthy Fats and good protien. I'm on a strict diet and when I get the sleepys I just eat an avacado, a sweet potato, and half an apple and I'm good!
