Starting today as a fresh start. Between my car accident on Thanksgiving, and moving to a new town I was quite busy. No longer limited by restrictions, or having the excuse of being too busy. Time for a fresh start and surpass my peak body condition back in Summer of 2011. Unlocking my food diary as an extra motivator too. Wouldn't mind making some friends on here for support!
