Im trying to tone up my arms, abs and back. And my legs right now im at 180lbs leg press and 70-100lb squat. Im looking for tips to get back to normal to help with soccer and softball this summer. =]

Go to bodybuilding.com and look up Erin Stern. Her four week program is great! I recently hurt my knee so I've been focusing on upper body. It's a great workout. Any leg exercises that don't involve your knee? I can't do squats ,lunges or leg press. Any tips?0
