After looking over your dairy I think that I saw a couple of things that might help. I noticed that your protein intake is fairly low. I know that some people don't prefer standard proteins from meats, which is fine but other foods like fish, eggs, edamame (soy), nuts, seeds or even peanut butter can help keep your protein levels higher.

That can certainly help someone feel fuller, or help muscle repair during weight loss. But it wouldn't explain why OP isn't losing weight. Calories are calories, whether they come from protein, fat, carbs or alcohol.
Additionally, I noticed that your water levels were less than optimal. Current research suggest that a person should take their current weight divided by 2 and drink at least that amount in oz of water. So if you weigh 123 /2 about 62 oz give or take. This is really important as the human body needs water for almost all its important functions (even digestion).

Can you please point me to a research source for this? Because it contradicts every bit of research I've ever seen. Drinking water can help you feel full between meals, or can help replace higher-calorie drinks for people who drink a lot of them. But more or less water isn't going to change CICO. And the 8 glasses of water per day thing is a myth; as long as you're not dehydrated, you're probably getting enough water from food and other sources.

    No I'm not pregnant.
I lost a baby last year in january due to an ectopic pregnancy .. And it's since that period that I've started to slowly gain.

At 5'1", 1200 is very close to your TDEE. The only way you are going to see significant weight loss is to go below 1200 or to exercise enough to create a bigger calorie deficit. I'm not a medical professional, but since you are so short, there probably isn't any harm in setting your goal below the 1200 mark. You simply don't need as much food as the average person.
    No.

So sorry to hear that! My sympathies.

I'm not a doctor, but you might want to ask yours whether this could have any relation to your weight. Hormones do all sorts of crazy things sometimes.

So sorry for your loss. Have your had your hormone levels checked? They could be playing a part in all of this.

I'm older now, and had an extremely active childhood/uni period and gained coming off all the sports/activity, mostly in my 30's so I know where your coming from.

Restricting food intake works but generally doesn't work for the vast majority of people in the long term for a variety of reasons. What worked for me was finding alternative activities that I could enjoy for the rest of my life. I golf a lot and walk, I play pickup hockey in the winter, twice a week, and workout 3 times a week. I'll admit I've changed my macros somewhat over the last decade by I'm still eating close to 3000 calories for maintenance and I can still eat all the food. If you slow down, you have to eat less, not an option for me, so it was move or get fat, I decided to move more.
