Sweat......Lots of sweat......Good or bad for weight loss?

I sweat much, much more as a slimmer, fitter person that I ever did before. I'm not losing weight now.
Sweat is a cooling mechanism, and the amount you sweat working very hard may be the amount another person sweats carrying the shopping in from the car. I don't it's much of an indication of effort or 'fat burning'.0 -
I am a sweat hog. I mean so much so my trainer calls my sweat drips "little rivers of awesomeness" haa! I sometimes wish I didn't sweat as much as I do. Like no matter the temp outside I will always have lots of salt deposit (or whatever it is) all over my face after a run. Thankfully they make travel pack of baby wipes for my face.0
