before u can jump into any diet plans, do discover and get to know every details of your body 1st! different body requires different kind of nutrients and react to differently to certain type of food. but the most importantly don't skip work out..i am a huge fan of yoga btw

I don't think there is any scientific support for the theory that different bodies require different types of nutrients (unless by "different body" you mean "different species").0 -
dear jane doe,
not everything in this world requires proof and scientific research..i wondering if some people having lactose intolerant does it means they are different species??? you should read more to widen your shallow and negative perspective..
